Q I would like to have a gift card enclosed with my order. Can you do this?
A Yes. To include a gift message with your order, please use the space provided on the PayPal "Checkout" page titled "Optional Gift Message".
Q What are your shipping charges?
A All of our products are shipped via UPS ground to any address in the Continental United States. UPS ground shipping is free.

Shipping via 3-Day Air is available for an additional $15.00 per carton.

For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, please contact our Sales Department at (559) 535-4277.
Q How will I know that you received my order?
A Our system will automatically send you a confirmation via e-mail a few moments after you have placed your order. It is important that you enter your correct e-mail address in the space provided on the PayPal order form.
Q Do you accept international orders?
A No. At this time we are only accepting orders for delivery within the United States.
Q When I order a gift to be sent to someone else, will you enclose a catalog of your products and/or any pricing information with the order?
A No. We do not include sales materials of any kind with gifts sent to someone other than you, the customer.
Q Do I have to place my order on-line?
